Pourtant, une question persistait : <strong>comment prouver que les changements observ\u00e9s ne sont pas simplement dus \u00e0 un effet placebo ou \u00e0 la relaxation ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"373\" height=\"262\" src=\"https:\/\/lasymphoniedesneurones.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-167\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.4236893898729648;width:379px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lasymphoniedesneurones.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-2.png 373w, https:\/\/lasymphoniedesneurones.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-2-300x211.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 373px) 100vw, 373px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Une \u00e9tude majeure, publi\u00e9e le <strong>22 d\u00e9cembre 2025<\/strong> dans la prestigieuse revue <em>NeuroImage<\/em> par l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Zurich, apporte une r\u00e9ponse historique. Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, l&rsquo;imagerie c\u00e9r\u00e9brale (IRMf) prouve que le protocole de neurofeedback <strong>ILF<\/strong> (Infra-Low Frequency) modifie concr\u00e8tement la structure de nos r\u00e9seaux neuronaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une \u00e9tude \u00ab\u00a0m\u00e9canistique\u00a0\u00bb : comprendre le \u00ab\u00a0comment\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est important de pr\u00e9ciser que cette \u00e9tude ne cherchait pas \u00e0 mesurer si les patients allaient mieux (l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 clinique \u00e9tant d\u00e9j\u00e0 largement document\u00e9e par le terrain). Son but \u00e9tait <strong>scientifique et technique<\/strong> : identifier pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment quel composant du signal envoy\u00e9 au cerveau provoque un changement biologique r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le protocole : Une rigueur absolue<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour obtenir des r\u00e9sultats indiscutables, les chercheurs ont mis en place un dispositif exp\u00e9rimental de haut niveau :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Double aveugle :<\/strong> Ni les participants ni les exp\u00e9rimentateurs ne savaient si la s\u00e9ance \u00e9tait r\u00e9elle ou simul\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contr\u00f4le par \u00ab\u00a0Sham\u00a0\u00bb (Placebo) :<\/strong> Certains participants recevaient un signal factice (pr\u00e9-enregistr\u00e9) pour s&rsquo;assurer que les r\u00e9sultats ne venaient pas simplement du fait d&rsquo;\u00eatre assis devant un \u00e9cran.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Design crois\u00e9 :<\/strong> Chaque volontaire a test\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes, servant ainsi de son propre point de comparaison.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le verdict de l&rsquo;IRM : L&rsquo;union fait la force<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"379\" height=\"268\" src=\"https:\/\/lasymphoniedesneurones.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-168\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lasymphoniedesneurones.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-3.png 379w, https:\/\/lasymphoniedesneurones.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-3-300x212.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 379px) 100vw, 379px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Les chercheurs ont test\u00e9 trois configurations diff\u00e9rentes pour voir laquelle modifiait les r\u00e9seaux c\u00e9r\u00e9braux :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les fr\u00e9quences EEG classiques seules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les fr\u00e9quences tr\u00e8s lentes (Infra-Low Frequency) seules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le protocole ILF complet<\/strong> (combinant les deux).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le r\u00e9sultat est sans appel :<\/strong> Seul le <strong>protocole complet<\/strong> (la combinaison des fr\u00e9quences rapides et infra-lentes) provoque des modifications stables et robustes de la connectivit\u00e9 c\u00e9r\u00e9brale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CE QU&rsquo;IL FAUT RETENIR :<\/strong> C&rsquo;est la synergie entre les diff\u00e9rentes vitesses du cerveau qui permet au neurofeedback ILF de \u00ab\u00a0re-c\u00e2bler\u00a0\u00bb durablement les \u00e9changes entre les neurones. Cette \u00e9tude de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Zurich marque une \u00e9tape cl\u00e9 : elle donne au neurofeedback \u00e0 tr\u00e8s basse fr\u00e9quence ses lettres de noblesse dans le monde de la neuroimagerie moderne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;INFO CLE A RETENIR :<\/strong> <strong>L&rsquo;IRMf confirme que le protocole complet ILF est n\u00e9cessaire pour induire des changements stables dans les r\u00e9seaux du cerveau.
